Is the IMPACT true to size?
Yes. We recommend taking your normal shoe size.
How long does the cushioning last for?
We have excellent durability due to our supercritical foam HyperBolt™. We recommend 300-500 miles of wear before looking to replace them for another. Read our durability guide to get more from your shoes.
What does a neutral shoe mean?
Neutral pronation is when the foot rolls inward about 15% after landing to absorb impact, while overpronation occurs when the foot rolls inward excessively (beyond 15%), causing the arch to flatten and potentially leading to various foot and leg problems. A neutral gait is more common and this is what the IMPACT is built for.
Do you offer a purchase guarantee?
Our shoes are built to cover 300-500 miles of walking or running. Not happy with your purchase? Return unworn shoes for a full refund within 30 days. If you've worn them and encounter any unlikely problems or defects, we'll gladly exchange them for a new pair.
Where are the hylo IMPACTs made?
The hylo IMPACTs are made in Vietnam where we carry out 3rd party audits to ensure our partners meet our supply chain code of conduct.
