Can I take the shoes on a test run and then return them?

No. We’d love to be able to offer this but at this point in our brand life every shoe is so valuable to us and having slightly worn returns means we can’t grow as a business – meaning we can’t turn the sportswear industry on its head. One day, hopefully.

My shoes don’t fit/I ordered the wrong colour - how do I return my shoes? I live in the UK.

Our returns are free of charge for those in the UK. You can generate the return label via the button above. All you need to know is your order number and which new size or colour you would like.

To be eligible for refund or an exchange pair, the Hylos must be in unused, re-sellable condition.

My shoes don’t fit/I ordered the wrong colour – how do I return my shoes? I live in the EU, America, Asia, Oceania or Africa.

For returns outside the UK, we currently do not have the facility to generate a shipping label. Therefore, the cost is paid by the customer. The address to return your shoes to is: Hylo Returns, Tarlu Ltd, 11 Allens Ln, Poole, BH16 5DA.

What about the environmental cost of returns?

Our returns are factored into our offsetting process – any planetary impact is offset.

I‘ve worn my shoes can I return them?

We cannot accept returns with any sign of wear.
